We have four electrically heated furnaces, with controlled atmosphere for spheriodised annealing of wire rods without addition of any scale and Decarburisation.
The furnaces are attached to a programmed PID (Proportional Integrative Differentiative) controller to ensure correct annealing cycles being followed and oxygen probe / oxymeter for checking the oxygen level in the furnace. |
