We have a fully equipped laboratory for testing and maintaining records of every coils and charge wise records of bars.

 a. Mechanical testing – We have Vickers / Brinell Hardness tester for accurate checking Hardness of the annealed wire rods, wires and bars

 b. Microstructure – We check the material for microstructure, Decarb and grain size to ensure that it is suitable as per our customer’s specification and application. We also undertake chemical analysis and tensile tests as well as Eddy current testing for determining surface cracks, on request.

 c. NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) – We have MPT (Magnetic Particle Testing) facility for inspecting Bright Bars after Grinding process to inspect crack and other relevant surface defects that cannot be seen through naked eye. “Head Shot” (Indirect Magnetization) is the method installed for 100% inspection of Bars.
